The aim of module three is for delegates to be able to demonstrate knowledge of non-RTA personal injury claims, and to identify any problems that can occur within these claims and be able to address them.

Objectives:
By the end of this module, delegates will be able to:
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of legislation and common law
- Identify and list the issues surrounding primary liability and causation
- Identify and understand the issues surrounding Contributory Negligence
- Analyse and identify the issues arising from the application of the Limitation Act
- Understand disclosure relating to the Pre-Action Protocol
