- Consider the application and benefits of Rehabilitation
- Understand the use of expert evidence
- Describe what ‘loss of earnings’ are
- Demonstrate an understanding of Smith & Manchester awards
- Define the items considered for general damages (Quantum)
- Define the items considered for special damages
- Explain the function of the CRU
- Explain ‘care claims’ and their application
- Describe provisional damages and how they are applied
- Describe periodical payments and how they are applied
- Have an understanding of Part 36 offers
