- Describe Stage 2 of the Low Value RTA Claims Process
- Value a medical report and list the relevant questions to ask their expert
- Explain the medical terminology commonly used in medical reports
- Complete Stage 2 Settlement Pack using a medical report
- List the relevant sections of Part 7 of the CPR
- Explain what a care claim is and how to deal with it
- Describe rehabilitation and how this fits into the claims process
- Describe what loss of earnings and future loss of earnings are
- Demonstrate an understanding of Smith & Manchester awards
- Describe provisional damages
- Explain periodical payments
