The aim of module three is for delegates to be able to demonstrate knowledge of non-RTA personal injury claims, and to identify any problems that can occur within these claims, and be able to address them.

Objectives
By the end of this module, delegates will be able to:
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of legislation and common law;
- Identify and list the issues surrounding primary liability and causation;
- Identify and understand the issues surrounding Contributory Negligence;
- Analyse and identify the issues arising from the application of the Limitation Act;
- Understand disclosure relating to the Pre-Action Protocol.
