- Describe the issues surrounding credit hire and credit repair of motor vehicles;
- Understand the role of the MIB, and know which agreement applies;
- Identify and list the different issues arising between particular claimants;
- Construct a letter of claim using the Pre-Action Protocol in road traffic accidents;
- Identify and make use of all other aspects of the Pre-Action Protocol;
- Successfully recover damages on behalf of a client;
