• Consider the application and benefits of Rehabilitation;
• Understand the use of expert evidence including medico-legal evidence;
• Describe loss of earnings, and what forms part of this head of claim;

• Define and list what items are considered for special damages;
• Explain the function of the CRU and the obligations to repay any money due;
