- Consider the application and benefits of Rehabilitation;
- Understand the use of expert evidence including medico-legal evidence;
- Describe loss of earnings, and what forms part of this head of claim;
- Demonstrate an understanding of Smith & Manchester;
- Define and list what items are considered for general damages (Quantum);
- Define and list what items are considered for special damages;
- Explain the function of the CRU and the obligations to repay any money due;
- Explain 'care claims' and their application in claims generally;
- Describe what provisional damages are and how they are applied;
- Describe what periodical payments are and how they are applied.
