Become a MASS Trainer

Are you interested in becoming a MASS Trainer?

We are always looking to expand our MASS Training team and are constantly on the lookout for new trainers to help us run new webinars, deliver in-house courses and the MASS Diploma in PI!

We value interactive, practical, engaging training and we always keep our delegates involved during our courses through the introduction of exercises, questions and brainstorming sessions.

If you would like to develop your training skills or – if you haven’t tried training before – acquire a new skillset, we would love to hear from you.

We are searching for experienced Personal Injury solicitors, barristers or experts who specialise in a particular area of PI law and would like to share their knowledge and insights by creating valuable content.

If you are still unsure about joining our team, here is what some of our trainers have to say about their experience with us:

“I love delivering training as it’s so rewarding seeing people develop during the course. What I think people fail to realise is that as a trainer your job is to ask the questions that get the delegates thinking which in turn ends up you learning an awful lot as well.   Without a shadow of a doubt, the best thing I did for my career was to become a trainer as it’s given me so many skills that I’ve learnt along the way which in turn, I’ve taken into a boardroom environment.”

Craig Budsworth, Legal Director – Credit Hire at Accident Exchange

“Working as a Trainer for MASS is a breath of fresh air.  The focus on delegate participation and engagement supported by the commitment of the professional team, ensures a holistic learning and development experience”

Nicky Carter MA, Self-employed Solicitor and Legal Trainer

“I would thoroughly recommend becoming a MASS Trainer. MASS provides flexible and tailored training for all levels of practitioners and there is always something to learn. To provide training to colleagues from other firms is fulfilling, you also learn from others and receive excellent feedback to the practical way the training course is run.”

Simon Stanfield, Partner at Simpson Millar and MASS Vice Chair

    What Our Clients Say

The problem when attending any personal injury legal training course is knowing whether you are actually going to learn anything new or find a different perspective, or whether you will just hear the same things that you have heard many, many times before.

The good news with MASS Training is that you know it is always going to be the former case. MASS’ courses are practical, informative and excellent value for money. My staff always come back feeling inspired and energised by having their existing knowledge and expertise confirmed, but also by picking up some new practical steps that they can immediately implement to make them more efficient in their day to day tasks.

I have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in wholeheartedly recommending MASS Training to anyone looking for Personal Injury Training. It is the best training available.

MASS Training provide excellent content. The fact that they are in the main practising solicitors or legal executives means that not only do they fully understand their specialist subject matter, but they also know how to use this knowledge in the day to day running of their case load.

If they are not currently running a course covering the area of law that they are interested I know that if I suggest it to them they will be happy to prepare a course for us either in-house or generally within a matter of weeks.

We have in the past, and continue to, send our staff on the MASS Diploma Course, an excellent opportunity to develop essential skills and understanding for running RTA matters. If you are not yet ensuring your staff attend MASS Training courses, you are missing out on some of the best Personal Injury Training available.

Very informative. Easy to understand. Not a typical course which you can easily lose concentration

Thoroughly enjoyed it! It was both informative and practical, the fact it was quite hands on and interactive made the subject matter come to life and the topic elements sink in to some sort of structure! I feel like I actually understand some of the fundamental elements
