Are you ready for some more webinars ?

Almost two weeks after the COVID-19 pandemic abruptly changed most of our daily habits and the way we normally operate in the UK, things have been slowly settling down. The majority of workers in the country have started adjusting to this temporary new reality and are now working effectively from home.

Regardless of all recent changes you have had to go through it appears that some things – like your ethos and valuable contribution as an RTA/PI Practitioner – thankfully remain the same. As a first-rate RTA/PI  Practitioner you wish to continue providing your clients with the service they deserve and working from home has not changed that at the very least. MASS Training remains by your side and is here to help you continue offering the very best of services to your clients and handle all your cases to the best of your ability.

If you want to spend a beneficial, useful break in our company and fulfil your training obligations at the same time, just read on what we have planned for you this month.

High-end RTA Cases and Costs

If you handle ‘high-end’, complicated RTA Claims you need to anticipate the risk of damaging Fraud allegations and assess the circumstances in which defences of necessity and self-defence may be successfully run.

This webinar will help you better advise your clients by discussing the following topics:

By becoming aware of all the latest Case Law liability decisions and knowing the Animals Act provisions in relation to liability in RTAs among other issues, will certainly benefit both you and your firm.

Who’s it for?

This is a Level 2/3: Experienced Practitioner / Supervisor webinar. This means that it would better suit personal injury practitioners who have solid experience handling RTA/PI Claims and are able to independently handle their caseload.

How can I watch this webinar?

This webinar will be presented live on Wednesday, 8th April at 11:00 am

Cyclists and Pedestrians

After many requests and popular demand, we have designed a new webinar for you which will focus on all the key issues relating to Cyclist and Pedestrian claims.

Learn all the relevant Highway Code provisions in relation to riders of two-wheeled vehicles and Pedestrians in addition to:

This webinar will help you advise on the appropriate Part 36 Offer to make in the light of contributory negligence risks and accurately identify the experts needed in a claim for a Cyclist or Pedestrian injured in an RTA among other issues.

Who’s it for?

This is a Level 2: Experienced Practitioner webinar. This means it is suitable for personal injury practitioners who can run their own caseload. It may not be entirely appropriate for those who have recently started their careers in personal injury law.

How can I watch this webinar?

This webinar will be presented live on Thursday, 23rd April at 1:00 pm

Who will be my trainer?

Both webinars will be presented by self-employed solicitor Nicky Carter. Nicky has been delivering training on behalf of MASS Training since 2010.

What if I cannot attend live?

All our webinars are recorded during the live presentation so if you are unable to join us live you can always watch the recorded version. Within 24 hours of the initial presentation, we will send the recording link to you via e-mail – and the good news does not end here! Not only do you have an entire year to watch our webinars (meaning you can do so at your own leisure) but you can also watch them as many times as you wish within this one year span.

    What Our Clients Say

The problem when attending any personal injury legal training course is knowing whether you are actually going to learn anything new or find a different perspective, or whether you will just hear the same things that you have heard many, many times before.

The good news with MASS Training is that you know it is always going to be the former case. MASS’ courses are practical, informative and excellent value for money. My staff always come back feeling inspired and energised by having their existing knowledge and expertise confirmed, but also by picking up some new practical steps that they can immediately implement to make them more efficient in their day to day tasks.

I have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in wholeheartedly recommending MASS Training to anyone looking for Personal Injury Training. It is the best training available.

MASS Training provide excellent content. The fact that they are in the main practising solicitors or legal executives means that not only do they fully understand their specialist subject matter, but they also know how to use this knowledge in the day to day running of their case load.

If they are not currently running a course covering the area of law that they are interested I know that if I suggest it to them they will be happy to prepare a course for us either in-house or generally within a matter of weeks.

We have in the past, and continue to, send our staff on the MASS Diploma Course, an excellent opportunity to develop essential skills and understanding for running RTA matters. If you are not yet ensuring your staff attend MASS Training courses, you are missing out on some of the best Personal Injury Training available.

Very informative. Easy to understand. Not a typical course which you can easily lose concentration

Thoroughly enjoyed it! It was both informative and practical, the fact it was quite hands on and interactive made the subject matter come to life and the topic elements sink in to some sort of structure! I feel like I actually understand some of the fundamental elements
