DO LAW FIRM MANAGERS NEED TRAINING?

When you think of in-house personal training, the temptation is to pencil in a course for the ‘newbies’ in the firm, but exclude your senior staff. After all, their years of experience means that they don’t need to train as often as your greener members of staff, right?
