Our Ethos at MASS Training

Here at MASS Training, we have been delivering legal training courses for over 20 years. Our Ethos at MASS TrainingDuring this time, we have consistently carried out research and asked for feedback, giving us the information needed to fine-tune our offering.

Nine years ago, this led us to adapt our ethos, and we use this to guide everything we do. Now we are pleased to provide a service that always meets the high expectations of our delegates. Our ethos can be broken down into four factors –

Make delegates the focus
Our delegates are always the focus of our law courses, whether it’s a webinar, a legal training day or an in-house course. Whenever we design a new course, or we redeliver our annual courses (such as the MASS Diploma), our starting point is to consider exactly what the prospective delegates want to gain from the course, and how this end-goal is best achieved. This shapes every law course provided by MASS Training, ensuring it is relevant to you and your colleagues.

Deliver interactive training
Everyone has attended a training day in which they have struggled to keep their eyes open. We do not want this for delegates attending MASS Training days. That is why we have developed our law courses using interactive training methods. Delegates will have the chance to participate in discussions, break out groups, question and answer sessions, and other such practical tools. These are designed to keep you engaged, which not only makes the course much more fun, it is also proven to enhance the retention of knowledge.

 • Ensure you see a return on investment
Legal training days should not be something you do because you have to. Rather, they should enhance your knowledge-base, progress your career and benefit both your firm and your clients. In fact, everyone should get a return on the investment. We want to ensure that the cost of your legal training is money well spent, and that means that we construct our courses to promote both learning and motivation.

 • Provide experienced trainers
All our trainers are experienced personal injury practitioners. This gives real depth and authority to the information they are passing on, as they themselves are experts in their field and understand the challenges you face on a day-to-day basis. It also means that if you do not understand something, you would like to ask questions, or you would like further information on a topic, your trainer will have the expertise to help.

    What Our Clients Say

The problem when attending any personal injury legal training course is knowing whether you are actually going to learn anything new or find a different perspective, or whether you will just hear the same things that you have heard many, many times before.

The good news with MASS Training is that you know it is always going to be the former case. MASS’ courses are practical, informative and excellent value for money. My staff always come back feeling inspired and energised by having their existing knowledge and expertise confirmed, but also by picking up some new practical steps that they can immediately implement to make them more efficient in their day to day tasks.

I have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in wholeheartedly recommending MASS Training to anyone looking for Personal Injury Training. It is the best training available.

MASS Training provide excellent content. The fact that they are in the main practising solicitors or legal executives means that not only do they fully understand their specialist subject matter, but they also know how to use this knowledge in the day to day running of their case load.

If they are not currently running a course covering the area of law that they are interested I know that if I suggest it to them they will be happy to prepare a course for us either in-house or generally within a matter of weeks.

We have in the past, and continue to, send our staff on the MASS Diploma Course, an excellent opportunity to develop essential skills and understanding for running RTA matters. If you are not yet ensuring your staff attend MASS Training courses, you are missing out on some of the best Personal Injury Training available.

Very informative. Easy to understand. Not a typical course which you can easily lose concentration

Thoroughly enjoyed it! It was both informative and practical, the fact it was quite hands on and interactive made the subject matter come to life and the topic elements sink in to some sort of structure! I feel like I actually understand some of the fundamental elements
