Summer Training!

With the summer officially here, all we want to do is catch our breath and take a little break! While sunbathing on the grass sounds like a great retreat from our day-to-day responsibilities, the weather has not been on our side so, unfortunately, this is not always feasible.  If your part of the world is still cloudy, rainy and cold, why don’t you take a break from your day-to-day routine, by watching one of our webinars?

We have two brand new webinars coming up in the month of July; the first will focus on Spinal Injury Claims and the second will be a Low Velocity Impact Claim Update and Review. Both webinars have been especially designed for Experienced Practitioners. Then again, they can also be directed to ambitious fee earners who enjoy a learning challenge.

If you are one of those fee-earners who love to be challenged, keep in mind that by electing to attend our webinars live, you will be given the opportunity to ask our trainer your questions at the very end of the session. So if at any point you are uncertain as to whether you have properly comprehended any of the topics discussed, you now know that we have your back!

If you are interested in taking an hour-long summer break with us this July, here is a small taste of what our new webinars will offer you:

Spinal Injuries – Monday, 15th July at 1:00 pm

This webinar will help you learn:

and will discuss issues relating to the Risks of Deterioration, Losses (Care & Assistance, PSLA uplift) Periodical Payments and Provisional Damages.

This webinar will provide you with a much needed update on LVI and will train you on:

We will also be focusing on Expert Evidence, Witness Evidence Procedural Implications (Within the Portal-Part 7), Costs and the Portal

Now that you know exactly what we will be discussing during each webinar, you can pick and choose your favourite!

If on the other hand you feel that you do not need training on these subjects why don’t you browse our Recorded Webinars section? We offer recorded sessions on a great variety of RTA/PI related topics and we are certain that at least one will pique your interest.

MASS Training is looking forward to keeping you good company this summer, so relax and enjoy your learning journey with us!

    What Our Clients Say

The problem when attending any personal injury legal training course is knowing whether you are actually going to learn anything new or find a different perspective, or whether you will just hear the same things that you have heard many, many times before.

The good news with MASS Training is that you know it is always going to be the former case. MASS’ courses are practical, informative and excellent value for money. My staff always come back feeling inspired and energised by having their existing knowledge and expertise confirmed, but also by picking up some new practical steps that they can immediately implement to make them more efficient in their day to day tasks.

I have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in wholeheartedly recommending MASS Training to anyone looking for Personal Injury Training. It is the best training available.

MASS Training provide excellent content. The fact that they are in the main practising solicitors or legal executives means that not only do they fully understand their specialist subject matter, but they also know how to use this knowledge in the day to day running of their case load.

If they are not currently running a course covering the area of law that they are interested I know that if I suggest it to them they will be happy to prepare a course for us either in-house or generally within a matter of weeks.

We have in the past, and continue to, send our staff on the MASS Diploma Course, an excellent opportunity to develop essential skills and understanding for running RTA matters. If you are not yet ensuring your staff attend MASS Training courses, you are missing out on some of the best Personal Injury Training available.

Very informative. Easy to understand. Not a typical course which you can easily lose concentration

Thoroughly enjoyed it! It was both informative and practical, the fact it was quite hands on and interactive made the subject matter come to life and the topic elements sink in to some sort of structure! I feel like I actually understand some of the fundamental elements
