Your Trainer:
Reuben Glynn specialises in Legal Practice Management & Improvement and his passion is to improve legal process efficiency.
He qualified as a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants while working at KPMG where he specialised in mergers and acquisitions and AIM flotations. Reuben has extensive experience in helping law firms and corporations by improving profitability and achieving efficiency through project management and process improvement.
More recently he has been heavily involved in many high profile legal acquisitions for private practice and listed legal entities. He has worked as the Law Society’s Practical Cost Budgeting champion and trained extensively for APIL, AvMA, Brain Injury Group and mbl.
Reuben provided a variety of consultancy projects and advised many government departments on Legal costs. Key projects completed for Treasury Solicitors, Department of Work & Pensions, Competitions & Market Authority and Ministry of Defence.
Currently he is working on legal services projects including Acquisitions, Investment Funds, Hourly Rate reviews and alternative pricing models, Work in progress valuations and audits, Legal Panel management and audit and Legal spend review.
