As a former Solicitor, he had over 20 years’ experience of personal injury claims and civil litigation.
Colin maintains a busy practice in all areas of fast and multi – track personal injury litigation, acting on behalf of both claimants and defendants. He appears regularly in hearings relating to all aspects of personal injury work, as well as in relation to procedural issues and costs.
Colin is regularly instructed in many areas of fast and multi-track personal injury work, including: Road Traffic Accidents, Credit Hire, Stage 3 Hearings, Employers’ Liability, Public Liability, Occupiers’ Liability, Claims Involving Animals, Industrial Disease – Particularly Noise Induced Hearing Loss, Clinical Negligence, Fatal Accidents.
